Delivery & Returns


We take pride at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything. We aim to deliver all jewellery & craft items which are handmade by us in our workshop within the 'estimated delivery date' shown on the individual product page. Many items can be upgraded to our three (working) day express service for € 15,00 if this service is available it will be listed within the individual product page options. For products under our "Homeware" department please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on the individual product page. Silver jewellery and other non-jewellery items are dispatched via GLS Tracked service which will not require a signature. We will send an email on the day of dispatch to include a tracking number. The item can be tracked here

Solid gold and diamond jewellery orders will be sent via GLS Special delivery service and will require a signature. Click here to track a special delivery

If upgrading to a three (working) day express service, a signature will be required. Please ensure you supply a mobile phone number so that the courier can be in touch with you. To track your GLS item click here

3 Day ITALY Express Delivery

Our three (working) day express delivery service is available for orders delivered within the ITALY, on many of our handmade jewellery & craft products. If this service is available it will be listed within the options on the individual product page. There are a few jewellery/ craft products that do not have this option, this is because they are more complex to make and we cannot guarantee they will be ready within this timeframe. Our three-day express service includes 'fast-tracking' the item through our jewellery/ craft workshop and express delivery service by GLS. International Delivery

For loved ones abroad, we also ship internationally. Delivery is charged in accordance with size and destination, so please check individual product pages as the below is a guide. As a general rule, we ship jewellery items via GLS International Tracked Service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country. We apologise that we cannot offer 3 days express delivery for international orders.

Damaged Orders

We try our utmost to package your items well so it arrives with you in pristine condition. Sadly though we do hear of occasions when foot-shape marks appear on packages in the delivery process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to you - don’t fear, we will sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible. All you need to do is email us at along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.

If you return a non-personalised item to us that isn’t deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only. When returning your item to us please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.

We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item if it is a valuable order or a jewellery item - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Returning Personalised Items for a Refund

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made or ordered with your choice of name, location, fabric, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Returning Non-Personalised Items for a Refund

We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about an item just make sure you return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.

Returning Faulty Items

Please return a faulty product to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.

Please note that we are not liable for any other jewellers work. A faulty jewellery item corrected by another jeweller voids the 30 day warranty period.

Return With GLS Express Courrier

If an item has been approved to be returned please go to and In just a few steps you can easily process your item to return. Then simply print your label with their label printing service or at home. Finally, drop your item at your local Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch. Your item will be fully tracked on its way back to the retailer.
